Refunds prior to August 17, 2009 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. No refunds on cancellations after August 17, 2009. However, substitutions from the same family office are permissible and must be sent in writing and authorized by Institutional Investor. Participants are responsible for their own airfare and accommodations.
